I received my collection kit and mailed the sample back in November. Under my personalized feedback section it says that the sample is in queue for mailing. Does this mean you have not received my sample or is it possible the website is just not up to date?

Erin, I see you've created two separate accounts for yourself - one with the gmail address you logged in with when you posted this question, and another with an aol email address. You've enrolled Tucker under both accounts, and filled out a majority of the surveys for both accounts (you answered every question for Tucker twice?)
The kit is associated with the profile for Tucker under your AOL account. I will need to remove one of these accounts. Please email me at email@example.com to clear up which account we should keep.
